Inc., the leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping our future, today revealed that Circle Square, Inc. has been ranked No. 134 on its sixth annual Inc. Regionals: Northeast list — the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Northeast. The region includes Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey.
An extension of the national Inc. 5000 list, the Regionals list offers a data-driven look at the independent small businesses driving growth across the Northeast economy. Companies on this year's list demonstrate exceptional revenue expansion, resilience, and job creation during a challenging economic period.

What This Recognition Means
Between 2022 and 2024, the 151 private companies on this year's Inc. Regionals: Northeast list had a median growth rate of 73 percent; by 2024, they'd also added 6,779 jobs and $2.3 billion to the region's economy. For Circle Square, this recognition reflects the trust our clients have placed in us — and the work we've done together to ensure technology drives real business outcomes rather than simply maintaining systems.

"Being named to Inc. Regionals validates what we've believed since founding Circle Square: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of technology leadership that the Fortune 500 has always taken for granted. A significant part of our growth has come from helping clients navigate AI adoption in a way that is secure, practical, and genuinely impactful — not trend-chasing. This recognition belongs to our clients, who trusted us to be a genuine business partner, and to our team, who delivered that promise every day." — Mike Cervino, CEO, Circle Square
"The honorees on this year's Inc. Regionals list achieved exceptional growth at a time when the odds were against them. Amid inflation, supply chain disruptions, and ongoing economic uncertainty, they didn't just persevere — they innovated, adapted, and thrived. Their resilience made them standouts in their industries and true growth engines in their regions." — Bonny Ghosh, Editorial Director, Inc.
AI Readiness, Implementation, and Development: The Work Behind the Growth
A significant driver of Circle Square's growth has been our expanding practice around AI readiness, implementation, and custom development for business clients. As organizations across the Northeast look to harness the potential of artificial intelligence, Circle Square has become a trusted guide — helping companies adopt modern AI tools in a secure, governed, and operationally meaningful way.
Rather than chasing AI trends, we focus on what actually works: identifying where AI genuinely accelerates client workflows, building the security and data foundations required to support it responsibly, and developing custom solutions that integrate with existing systems without disrupting operations. The question we ask every client isn't "should you use AI?" — it's "where does AI create real value for your business, and how do we get you there safely?"
This approach spans AI Readiness Assessments, AI implementaions, custom AI development for specific business processes, and governance frameworks that ensure AI tools work as assets — not liabilities. For our manufacturing, professional services, and private equity-backed clients, this is increasingly the conversation that opens doors and drives results.
"The companies driving our growth aren't asking for help desk support — they're asking how to modernize their infrastructure, get AI into their operations securely, and make sure their technology strategy supports where they want to be in three years. This recognition from Inc. confirms we're meeting that demand." — Ric Wallace, CFO, Circle Square
