About Circle Square

Built by people who know what it means when things can't fail.

A boutique IT firm serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York from Radnor, Doylestown and Saddle Brook.

Our story

From the flight line to your front office.

We started Circle Square because we believed there was a better way to deliver technology to small and mid-sized businesses: lead with the business, not the technology. Mike Cervino spent six years as a KC-10 crew chief, where there is more than one redundancy for everything and you follow the steps every time. Circle Square runs the same way: a plan, a fallback, and a primary engineer who owns every account. We stay at the front of technology so we can tell clients exactly where it belongs in their business, and we would rather consolidate tools than add them.

Every aircraft has an owner. Every job is signed for. Nothing leaves until the checklist is done.

Boutique on purpose

We'd rather protect fewer businesses properly than more of them halfway.

That is why we are selective about who we take on, and why we write down what we commit to.

Who we work with

Most businesses don't have a technology problem.

They have a strategy problem that shows up in their technology. The clients we do our best work for already know that, or are ready to. They tend to be one of two kinds.

  • 01

The established firm that takes technology seriously.

You already run on process. You want a partner who plans with you, writes down what it commits to, and treats an hour of downtime as the business cost it is.
  • 02

The fast-growing firm that needs to catch up.

The business has outgrown the way its technology was set up. You need the operating discipline and the IT strategy to match where you are going, applied without slowing you down.

Who we are not for: if you are shopping for the lowest price per user, or want more tools without a plan behind them, we are probably not the right fit, and we will tell you so.
