MANAGED IT

A help desk that fixes things, and an engineer who knows your name.

Monitoring, support, patching, backup and planning, run by people who know how your business makes money. Every client gets a primary engineer who owns the account.

WHY IT MATTERS

Your IT should be measured in hours protected, not tickets closed.

When a system stops, your people stop with it. Managed IT is how we keep that from happening, and how we get you back fast when something does break.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What managed IT includes

  • 24-hour coverage available

Call, email or use the portal. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; after hours (6 PM to 8 AM, plus weekends and holidays) and 24-hour coverage are available.
  • A primary engineer

One person owns your account, knows your systems, and is accountable for your environment.
  • Monitoring around the clock

Software agents watch servers, workstations and backups 24x7, and alerts are worked by people.
  • Patching and updates

Operating system and application patches are reviewed, then applied on a schedule that suits your business.
  • Backup and continuity

Backups monitored around the clock, recovery verified daily, and a written continuity plan.
  • vCIO planning

Regular business reviews on risk, spend and what is coming next, with a technology plan tied to your goals.

THE STANDARD

What we commit to.

These commitments come from the Circle Square Standard, the same one every client can hold us to.

  • A primary engineer on every account
  • 24-hour coverage available
  • Daily backup recovery verification
  • Response commitments published in the Standard
Whenever we have something that needs to be done quickly, the team at Circle Square is available to help right away. Response times are great and the follow up that we see from our Techs is a level of service we have not seen from previous vendors.
